Terms of Service

Scopensturns a discovery-call transcript or notes into a structured, priced retainer proposal. Generated proposals — including scope, pricing tiers, and timelines — are drafts. You're responsible for reviewing and confirming pricing, figures, and commitments before sending anything to a client. AI-generated content can be wrong or incomplete, and the product itself flags estimated figures for your review rather than presenting everything as fact.

An account belongs to an organization (your agency). You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your organization's account, including proposals generated by teammates you invite.

The free plan includes a limited number of proposals per month. The Founding plan is a paid subscription billed through Clerk/Stripe; pricing and limits are shown on our pricing page and may change for new subscribers, but locked-in founding pricing is honored for the duration described at signup. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

• Don't use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Don't attempt to circumvent usage limits, reverse-engineer the service, or interfere with its normal operation.
• Don't submit transcript content you don't have the right to use (e.g., recordings made without required consent).

You retain ownership of the transcripts you submit and the proposals generated from them. You grant us the limited right to process that content (including sending it to our AI provider) in order to generate, store, and display your proposals back to you. We don't claim ownership of your content and don't use it to train our own models.

Sharing a proposal generates a link that's viewable by anyone who has it, without requiring them to sign in. You're responsible for sharing links only with intended recipients, and can revoke a link at any time.

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that generated pricing, projections, or timelines are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular client or deal — they're a starting point, not a substitute for your own judgment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scopensisn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on generated proposal content.

You can stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

If these terms change materially, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify active accounts.
